These guides have been developed as guide for growers to use on farm and provide them knowledge around ensuring they’re hitting critical growth stages at right time to ensure the best chance of achieving a high yielding rice crop.

These steps are aimed at encouraging growers to be more hands on and aware of their own management, which will enable a full review of their crops performance post harvest.

The steps have been develop for drill, aerial and dry broadcast methods of sowing.

These key steps are being delivered across the C21 growing season by Rice Extension through Grower Groups, Field Days and Podcast series.
